POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This position involves a combination of digital marketing expertise, creative content development, and a keen analytical mindset. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage diverse marketing channels, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. Flexible hours with the option of hybrid work structure in which candidate can work remotely or from the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies integrate seamlessly with overall business strategies.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

• Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

• Create compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email, and website.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and multimedia content.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand through innovative and creative initiatives.

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns from conception to completion.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel to project sites, or other Tenet locations as needed.

• Primarily a stationary position for a considerable portion of the day (sitting and/or standing). The person in this position needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.

• The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in plant environment.

• PPE required when in the plant, yard or construction areas include:

• Hard Hat

• Safety Glasses / Goggles

• Steel-toed Boots

• High Visibility Vest

• Hearing Protection (designated areas)

• Gloves
