Job Description Job Description Job Overview The Marketing and Events Manager will lead, design, and continuously improve all Marketing processes, from ideation to final product. This includes developing high-quality proposals, content, solution, and graphic design that meets client and leadership requirements, and is in compliance with all internal and external guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine marketing content from initial concept to final implementation. Oversee all trade shows, events, and sponsorship opportunities to ensure successful execution and company representation.
Streamline and optimize internal and external marketing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate sales and marketing updates with internal stakeholders, executives, and external stakeholders. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors to support initiatives and deliverables.
Maintain and update marketing collateral, including proposal documents, customer presentations, promotional materials, and frequently used items such as presentation materials, and logos. Prepare sales collateral tailored to client and stakeholder needs. Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence, contributing to digital marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with branding strategies.
Drive increased social media engagement and awareness through innovative campaigns and content. Implement and maintain consistent company messaging and branding across all platforms, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate sales and marketing team meetings, events, and cross-departmental initiatives.
Support branding initiatives by developing cohesive messaging and ensuring brand identity is upheld. Assist with content writing and marketing storytelling to engage target audiences effectively. Maintain a library of frequently used marketing documents and materials for quick access and reference.
Lead digital marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and recognition. Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and events function. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, supply chain or a related field 5 years of experience in marketing Experience in managing complex projects with tight timelines Knowledge of marketing processes and regulations Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal and solution design Strong understanding of proposal writing, graphic, and content development Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe, Procreate, Photoshop, etc. Attention to detail and high accuracy in collateral preparation and review Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels Travel is expected for 40% of time Size of Business Handled: All verticals (Key Account, Retail/Lifestyle, Automotive, FMCG, Chemical, Reefer) Primary Internal Stakeholders:
