We have an end-to-end system for crafting, experiencing, and changing cloud-based immersive 3D models of real spaces. Matterport is looking for a resourceful marketing and event coordinator who has a proven track record of owning marketing campaigns and event projects and driving them from inception to completion. Candidates should be passionate about marketing and have an instinct for organizational skills, and they should be fully capable of communicating with and getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders.

Assist Matterport's marketing team with general marketing tasks.
Lead team scheduling, office management, content and asset management, creating marketing reports, managing content calendars and writing marketing copy
General events and trade show logistics support: assist database management, ship and track event and marketing materials to all events
Manage Matterport's 3D Gallery including curation, model database and copywriting
Coordinate multiple video projects including localization, delivering key assets to internal stakeholders and providing valuable feedback on video development
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the company and assist them with various projects when needed
Purchase ordering for event giveaways and general marketing materials
Keep inventory of collateral and swag and order as necessary
Keep all event iPads, VR devices, etc up-to-date with latest app versions and showcase models
Weekly and monthly marketing expense and invoice management

Skills and Experience
2+ years of event coordinating experience, B2B marketing experience a plus
BA/BS or graduate degree
Excellent organizational skills
Highly resourceful and capable of problem solving with minimal guidance
Ability to prioritize and adjust to fluctuating deadlines
Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
