Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of trade show and event plans, deadlines, and deliverables

  • Coordinate with product marketing, digital marketing, and PR to promote events

  • Order show services to include carpet, furniture, lead retrieval device, electrical, and other services required for exhibit booth installation and dismantle

  • Serve as point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders during planning and event

  • Organize event presentations and materials and support pre- and post-event evaluations

  • Track event deliverables for project and budget adherence

  • Able to attend events as needed. Some travel may be required

Qualifications

What We Seek:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.

  • Exceptional written/oral communication, organizational, and planning skills

  • Outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated (must be a people & team person)

  • Ability to think creatively and participate in event planning and wrap-up discussions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Must be located in the Irvine area
