Position: Marketing and Estimating Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Estimating departmental activities, including permits, warranties, and qualification statements.

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires to gather important data.

• Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather insights from social media, web analytics, and rankings.

• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.

• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital.

Additional Duties:

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or the food industry.

• Good understanding of marketing principles.

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, marketing computer software (including Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce) and online applications.

• Positive work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
