The Digital Content Operations Mgr is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Operations Managers with day-to-day development of Email Campaigns and SMS text executions, help align data and user journey's with email campaigns. Also, provides oversight to the optimization team, including assessing the efficiency of operational processes and remediating, documenting and implementing change as needed in order to maintain performance and quality standards and ensure adherence to industry best practices and scalability specific to Anthem's digital properties and needs. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Develops email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign Engine.
Oversees the digital content change process.
Drives improvements in change, incident, and request management processes.
Acts as the client support advocate, leads operational staff to meet defined SLAs, set priorities and drive team members to deliver projects within defined timelines.
Establishes the customer relationship management best practices employed by the digital content operations team.
Contributes to the digital content excellence and identifies training needs for skill building.
May serve as a lead role and have dotted line resource accountability.
Will be required to manage multiple email campaigns while ensuring all content matrixes align with Anthem's campaign engine.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5+ years experience working in digital content operations in complex, regulated industries, or combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Prior B2C or direct to consumer experience in digital is preferred in combination with communications or a marketing background. Must have ExactTarget experience.
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscripting,Content Builder, and Data Extension management (certification preferred)
Ability to build push campaigns.
Ability to build complex Automations in SMC.
Ability to write one automation that would include SMS and Email, writing to send logs and various data extensions.
Waterfall and Agile workflow experience, strong emphasis with agile understanding and knowledge.
Agile Certification a huge plus.
Ability to understand, adapt, and create a UI/UX that compliments brand standards.
Strong delegation and interdepartmental negotiation skills.
