Greenbrook TMS is seeking a Director of Marketing who will support all levels of the organization by developing and executing marketing strategies targeted specifically towards healthcare providers, with a primary focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy among providers.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the organizations goals and objectives to drive patient acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive landscape, and patient needs. Utilize data to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, patient trust, and loyalty across all states.

  • Work closely with clinical, operations, and executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and clinical excellence.

  • Formulate and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and online advertising.

  • Ensure the organization's website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for patient conversion. Oversee content creation, updates, and analytics.

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with current and potential patients, promoting services and health-related content.

  • Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare organizations, and community partners. Handle media inquiries and prepare press releases to promote the organization's achievements and services.

  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to manage and mitigate potential reputational risks.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to promote services, special programs, and health awareness initiatives.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. Provides regular performance reports to the executive team and stakeholders.

  • Use data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts, optimizing for patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Ensure all marketing practices comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant laws and guidelines.

  • Plan and manage marketing events such as health fairs, webinars, and community outreach programs to promote services and engage with the community.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction, including patient feedback mechanisms and personalized communication.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring quality and consistency in outsourced marketing efforts.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Management/Supervision (if applicable):

  • Manages members of a high caliber Marketing team to support the effective execution of all business goals, while enabling individual professional development and career growth potential.

  • Enforces and supports adherence to complying with regulatory requirements by Greenbrook TMS colleagues and staff, including those managed or overseen.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive corporate Marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare practice setting.

  • Experience in spearheading successful marketing campaigns, both traditional and digital.

  • Strong background in client services and relationship management preferred.

  • Supervisory/leadership experience required.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel functions.

  • Experience using marketing software, preferably Salesforce.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • A satisfactory background check inclusive of driving records, criminal records, employment references, education, social security, and OIG exclusions.

  • General knowledge of Marketing standards of best practices, specifically traditional and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to develop professional correspondence, communicate effectively with a diverse population, and provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with acute attention to detail.

  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.

  • Capacity to analyze data, as well as identify and apply meaningful trends to organizational requirements.

  • Aptitude to recognize and perform duties that need to be completed although not directly assigned.

  • Ability to learn new systems, software, and processes quickly and autonomously.

  • Dedication to collaborative teamwork and creative problem-solving.
