Our client is a startup company, manufacturer of a revolutionary recreational water jet car boat, that has been in business for just over twelve months and has been profitable since day one with zero debt. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and expand the marketing efforts of our client, a rapidly growing startup in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced environments. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and market research.

You will work closely with the executive team to define and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Your role will involve leading a team of marketing professionals, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth

• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and market research

• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals

• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively

• Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies

Education / Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives for multi-billion dollar companies
