The successful Marketing Director will serve as the liaison with the division level marketing leads, overseeing the day to day marketing strategy and execution. You will work with the marketing team to develop and implement on-brand, marketing campaigns and assist with marketing of Experiences. The Marketing Director will work closely with the VP, Marketing & Partnerships Strategy to ensure adherence to vision, strategy, goals, budget, brand and position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee development of marketing campaigns that will drive awareness and performance growth marketing

  • Direct implementation and execution of annual marketing plans.

  • Collaborate with division level marketing teams to ensure alignment and inclusion in local marketing assets.

  • Project manage stakeholders, timeline, communication & workflow to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Support VP in executing strategic partnerships and promotions.

  • Maintain brand standards across all owned and internal assets

  • Manage and cultivate the career development of marketing manager

  • Manage marketing budgets

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and stay current on marketing and experience trends

  • Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years marketing experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated success leading and collaborating with teams

  • Sharp eye for creative that meets marketing objectives

  • Experience with multiple brand portfolio preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication ability

  • Establish and maintain working relationships as required by job responsibility

  • Strong organizational skills: detail focused, able to handle multiple tasks/projects at a time, meets deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to travel (up to 15% of time)

Job Description Allied Universal is currently looking to hire a Fire Life Safety Director for a Comercial Office Building located in the Downtown area of Manhattan. Position is: Full Time Work Days: Monday through Friday Work Shift: 8am-4pm Salary: $23 per hour The primary mission of the Fire Life Safety Director is to protect life and property through the implementation of the building's fire safety plan including the management of the Fire Command Station and the supervision of the fire brigade, floor wardens, and deputy floor wardens and building evacuation supervisors. The successful Fire Life Safety Director candidate is required to act as a liaison to the NYC Fire Department during emergencies. Expected skills and competencies necessary to perform duties include, but are not limited to: * Ensure that all life safety systems and related equipment are fully functional. * Ensure that all floors have fire safety teams including Fire Wardens, Deputy Fire Wardens, and Building Evacuation Team members. * Conduct fire alarm drills and maintain a written log of critiques to identify potential or actual weaknesses in response time or life safety systems and related equipment. * Providing clear direction, information and assistance to client visitors, guests, vendors and employees in a professional, pleasant and courteous fashion on a regular basis and during emergency situations. * Assist the building security staff in the visual inspection of all visitor, vendor and employee access badges/identification cards to verify that the authorized holder is the individual presenting the badge/id card to prevent unauthorized access to the property. * Maintain surveillance and reporting of any suspicious persons and/or packages. * Perform CPR/AED and basic first aid if required.
