Seeking a creative, motivated individual to fill the role of Marketing Director. The role of Marketing Director will be responsible for all promotional and customer facing marketing material across multiple platforms as well as coordinating with Product Development Team to spearhead new product launches.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for all consumer facing content. This includes:

  • Websites

    • Collaborating with Graphics, Recipe Developer, Photography and Videography Teams to manage and maintain Amazon, and websites

  • Crafting Descriptions and Bullet Points

  • Collecting appropriate Graphics and Imagery

  • Reviewing and revising video content

  • Copywriting

  • Uploading all marketing content to appropriate digital platforms

  • Gift Boxes

    • Coordinating closely with the Creative and Graphics Teams to create compelling packaging and gift boxes for products

  • Social Media

    • Manage and maintain content across all social media platforms

    • Coordinate with Graphics Team to create engaging posts to engender brand loyalty and name recognition

    • Create exciting and relevant newsletters for subscribers that will keep them coming back for more content

  • Creators and Influencers

    • Work with outside creators to arrange exciting cross promotional opportunities for Chefman and Club Chefman

  • Project management

    • Carry forward new products from Product Development Team to ensure smooth and efficient product launch

    • Oversee Product Development protocol fulfillment with all relevant marketing material such as web pages, sell sheets, packaging, etc. for smooth handoff to Sales Teams

  • Analytics

    • Work with Direct Report to gather and analyze analytics on all marketing efforts to ensure maximum efficiency

  • SEO

    • Invest in basic learning and training with the goal of updating websites to attract increased organic traffic

  • General Marketing

    • Assisting with day to day marketing strategies

    • Develop concepts for trade shows

    • Assist with design of marketing materials for customer

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience inConsumerGoods industry

  • Pleasant, personable and professional attitude and demeanor

  • Superb written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent eye for design as well as trendy relevant content

  • Highly motivated and passionate

  • Adopts approach of sense of urgency to all work

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Highly organized and skilled in project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Detail oriented

  • Experience working with Google & App Analytics

  • Team player with the ability to lead and work in teams

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to participate and contribute positively in work teams

  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to complete projects, document work in a timely fashion

Position Overview: The Director of Loyalty, DM & DBCC Strategy is responsible for building the strategy f multi-channel customer contact strategies and management that includes Loyalty programs and Direct Mail. The individual will be responsible for driving growth in Enterprise customer performance, specifically purchase frequency, retention rate and multi-brand buying activity specifically focused on Loyalty, PLCC and DM. Develop a 360 marketing strategy and execute programs specifically for DM and Loyalty programs aligned to customer goals and KPI's Develop strategic programs that positively affect customer interaction, conversion rate optimization, revenue, and profitability. Set goals and objectives for the year, quarter, and month-by-month for these channels that Include KPIs and report progress to all constituents on a regular basis. Report the effectiveness of each marketing activity, including the ROI of the total marketing effort. Align with CRM around testing, management and optimization for DM and loyal marketing strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty. Work with CRM on strategy and list pulls for campaign activation. Collaborate with PLCC and loyalty vendor and corporate CRM to prioritize communication strategies. Work closely with Creative team to ensure they are briefed properly on content needs for both DM and all Loyalty collateral Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. MBA is a plus. * 8-10+ years of Direct Marketing experience. * 5+ years working in Customer Loyalty in a retail/ecommerce environment. * Experience managing a team of marketing professionals. * Highly collaborative. Ability to work across teams with varied skill sets and geography. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Strong analytic skills. * Understanding of customer segmentation strategies, direct marketing testing methodologies and customer file management. * Ability to build a team atmosphere and common sense of purpose while aligning with Enterprise objectives.
