The estimated salary range for this position is $30.43 - $36.51 per hour.

Responsibilities Include: (Please summarize the 4-8 main responsibilities/accountabilities of the position. List responsibilities in the order of importance and time spent.)

Manage the pipeline of audience lists, profiles, reports, and requests from of various marketing campaigns, mailings, and vendors. Manages data and analysis with the highest level of data integrity, meeting deadlines, remaining organized, and informed of all legal and compliance requirements and recommendations. Prepare campaign lists and reports with accurate data sets and follow all data procedures and processes to ensure that data is compiled accurately and without error or corruption.

Integrates data from multiple sources to identify, generate, and disseminate audience segment lists (internal/external) for campaign targeting, reporting, member analysis, and ad hoc requests while following organizational processes and procedures.

Assist in the development of marketing reports, communication plans, strategic plans, and target segmentation for marketing campaigns and mailers. Perform regular analysis of reports and updates to track campaign success.

Collaborate with management and leadership to present findings to the team utilizing necessary programs and detailed analysis.

Utilize multiple data systems and foster vendor relationships to coordinate the dissemination of marketing campaigns through various channels including direct mail, email, dynamic message, etc.
