Position Overview:

Are you passionate about data and data-driven marketing? The Freddie Mac Single-Family Marketing team is seeking an energetic, motivated and endlessly curious individual, looking to build a career marketing analytics.

The Marketing Data Analytics Associate will support marketing automation, analytics, and database management for the Single-Family divisions. The individual in this role collaborates with stakeholders in support of marketing and communications plans and campaigns, provides performance analytics, provides best practices and recommendations, and assists with presentations.

  • Our team is responsible for managing Single-Family digital marketing channels, including the web, email, and social media.

  • We provide operational support to the Single-Family Marketing and Communications department.

  • We collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in strategy, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns for the different lines of business.

  • We constantly strive to uplift the best practices, strategy, and advancement of our department's collective marketing skill.

Your Impact:

  • Support CRM data management by employing and maintaining data hygiene practices.

  • Enable smarter business processes by using analytics to develop meaningful insights.

  • Analyze data and generate reports from email, organic social, paid media and web to understand campaign performance and generate reporting back to internal stakeholders for individual campaigns and broader quarterly reviews.

  • Support formalization of goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects.

  • Utilize and optimize marketing dashboards and data models.

  • Present recommendations based on data analyses.

  • Support data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes.

  • Partner with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, CRM or database management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong data and analytical acumen; experience in pattern recognition and able to synthesize data into key findings and make recommendations

  • Keen ability to break down sophisticated data in to big picture themes

  • Experience managing multiple ongoing projects

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management skills

  • Highly organized, with ability to navigate competing priorities

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in Salesforce a plus

  • Experience with Tableau a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $65,000 - $97,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
