Marketing Data Analyst Intern

The chosen candidate will review analytics from all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to email communications, social media engagement, and web traffic and make recommendations for improvement based on findings. This individual must be highly organized and possess strong writing and project management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze data to understand the customer behavior.

• Interview team members to gather details and identify metrics to be measured, why we are measuring said metrics, and how we will measure them.

• Identify and report on features of high and low usage.

• Provide comparison data against our competitors using a set collection of metrics and key performance indicators to benchmark industry best practices.

• Develop in-house analytical tools that improve the productivity and efficiency of analytical tasks - possible emphasis on AI tools

• Co-design A/B experiments, conduct statistical analysis on test results and present findings.

• Support ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand customer behavior and diagnose data discrepancies.
