C&N is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill an immediate opening as a Marketing Data Analyst within any of our C&N locations. Locations include the following Pennsylvania Counties: Bradford; Cameron; Bucks; Lycoming; McKean; Potter; Sullivan; Tioga; York or in one of the following New York Counties: Chemung; Steuben. The qualified Marketing Data Analyst develops, maintains, tracks, and optimizes the company's data models, automation systems, reporting systems, and dashboards that support and lead business decisions. The Marketing Data Analyst works closely with teams like Finance, IT, Operations, and senior executives to manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, modeling, and visualization. The Marketing Data Analyst reviews and manages marketing audiences and lists for campaigns. The Marketing Data Analyst develops enterprise reporting mechanisms and dashboard reports.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 6 - 8 years of previous related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Data visualization tools, Google Analytics and other similar analytics tools, CRM and marketing automation tools.
Managing customer data programs that integrate multiple streams of customer data for use across a multitude of channels.
Learning new software packages and methodologies, data analysis techniques, and applied statistics.
A successful canidate should possess the following skills and abilities:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Strong understanding of Excel and querying on SQL.
Strong communication and analytics skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
