GP Strategies has an immediate opening for a Marketing Copy Writer/Graphical Producer. This is a full-time, benefitted position and for this position you can work remotely.
Develops materials with an emphasis on a marketing/brand perspective. The person will be responsible for writing marketing and communications materials, and assisting or managing a vendor or visual artist on the elements necessary for marketing and communication elements such as newsletters, email, PowerPoint, and other marketing collateral. Responsible for ensuring all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines.
Some example activities include:
Drafting email campaigns and messages for both internal and external audiences
Collaborating with team on visual delivery (html and outlook)
Managing email and communication stakeholder lists
Posting messages for external training onto LinkedIn and Twitter platforms
Updating featured courses w/team on internal and external carousels / billboards
Completing forms / tickets to update content on websites
Designing and editing visual materials in PPT, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
Managing visual direction of staff designers or agency in line with brand guidelines
We are seeking candidates with the following competencies:
Must be a self-starter.
Strong customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations and work both as part of a team and independently.
Strong background in marketing and communication; copywriter and communications producer/program experience
Ability to write and create materials for an integrated campaign: email, web, video, print, newsletters, etc.
Ability attend the program team meetings (virtually) with fellow program colleagues and keep track of assets needed, make recommendations, collaborate with our team design or agency for visuals, follow through to execution (post/publish/print).
