Marketing Coordinator - Events & Marketing Support
This position is an opportunity for a marketer with event experience who wants to expand further in their marketing skills. Working within a cross-functional team of marketers across the globe, this role helps build scalable event programs (virtual and in-person), to support business growth objectives and customer retention. Supporting the Global Marketing Operations Team at every level with projects, tasks, and more will expand your current skills and help acquire new ones.
Plan, promote, and execute an array of marketing events and webinars from end-to-end with a team of global Marketing Managers. This includes measuring the effectiveness of the marketing activities supporting the events and the ability to think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts.
Collaborate in the creation of marketing assets (website offers, email templates, landing pages, banners, etc.) to activate across digital channels to amplify our event presence.
Help evaluate and manage external event vendors.
Help track spend within allocated budget and build effective reports to determine performance and ROI of events.
Work with team members to support the orchestration of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns to support the events.
Partner with sales for pre and post event outreach messaging, event booth staffing, and lead flow management to maximize conversions and identify areas of improvement.
Responsible of planning, communication, and event execution of Trade Shows, Customer Special Events, and virtual events, i.e., Webinars. Plan effective approaches to drive traffic through campaigns across email, web, social, paid media channels, and more. Collaborate closely with internal and external key stakeholders.
Manage the relationships and contracts with event partners along with the Project Manager.
Work together with the Marketing Manager and utilize project planner tools to track milestones and progress to provide updates to the Marketing Land Team as the event details progress.
Support the Marketing Operations Team in Lead Management, SEO, Reporting, Contact Data Management, Email Campaigns, Newsletters, Collateral Management, etc. Excellent opportunity to expand your current skill set.
Have 2+ years of proven experience in B2B and/or B2C event marketing.
A self-starter attitude and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently.
Working experience with social media platforms.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms, i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Working experience with marketing communication tools, i.e., Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot will be a plus.
Comfort with presenting reports and communicating event efforts with key stakeholders.
The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment within multiple time zones.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent marketing experience.
