The Marketing Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department. They will coordinate events, community outreach and assist with general marketing, partnership marketing, PR and advertising initiatives and requests. Various other property and retailer projects may be assigned to the Marketing Coordinator. This position will report to the Marketing Director and General Manager. This position is full time with some weekend work required and is located in Wellington, Florida.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs administration/coordination for Marketing.

  • Performs high-level administrative work, including frequent complex and confidential clerical work organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching, compiling, exchanging and analyzing information.

  • Participates in administrative functions such as budgeting or developing spreadsheet tracking reports.

  • Assists in the property's digital and social media management.

  • Help coordinate and execute Live 360 programming.

  • Assists in implementing property activities, internal and external.

  • Contacts are with managers, other employees, tenants and customers mainly to assist with information exchange, problems and requests.

  • Assists in daily business which includes general office work.

  • Research, prepare and edit reports and presentations.

  • Other duties as assigned. Must be able to work independently.


The successful candidate will be a professional with demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong preference for candidates with previous marketing and/or retail/fashion experience.

Experience and Training:

  • Has or is pursuing a Degree in one of the following areas: Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Event Planning.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media.

  • Highly organized, process and project oriented.

  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Great positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
