Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing social media presence, help coordinate trade shows, grassroots marketing and maintain TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand and website.

Hiring for full-time and part-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Acts as a point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services

• Aid in the creation of marketing campaigns

• Keep the company's online presence current and impactful by sharing updated sales and marketing content on the website and social media platforms

• Supervise and produce social media posts to enhance brand visibility

• Keep current with company reviews, escalating ones that need attention

• Coordinate and attend trade shows, parades and other company events

• Involvement in community through networking events

• Coordinate and monitor grassroots marketing

• Travel between our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations in southern WI

• Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns

• May prepare various reports for management as well as gather research and statistics

• May prepare proposals, letters, mass mailings, and other miscellaneous correspondence

• Ensures display area is maintained in a clean and professional manner; i.e. brochure stocks and box displays, marketing materials

• All other duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; associate's degree in related field preferred

• A minimum of six months to one year of marketing experience is required

• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

• Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice and diction

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively

• Accurate; consistent attention to detail

• Confidence to initiate customer contact

• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Basic computer and keyboarding skills; able to perform basic business math

• Able to present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors

• Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values

• Must be proficient with all Microsoft applications: knowledge of SOCI, Monday.com, and Canva preferred

• Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screening

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Bilingual is a plus
