What you will do as the Retail Marketing Coordinator:

A day in the life of the Retail Marketing Coordinator will include:
Lead marketing initiatives that impact leasing and development goals such as:
Marketing strategies for development and leasing that are impactful and creative with out of the box thinking
Create/update/assemble marketing materials as needed:
Create/distribute eblasts that contain relevant content per audience
Manage and increase the subscriber lists for all eblasts
Update TTRG available property listings for online services
Coordinate installation and removal of all on-site signage
Maintain and update the website
Social media content provider for TTRG activities
Create and distribute all company press releases
Event coordination and execution for ground breakings, grand openings, tradeshows and client/broker events
Create and maintain TTRG marketing budget
Track all marketing activities for effectiveness
You'll bring to the role:
A bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, 2+ years of commercial retail development/real estate experience
The ability to initiate marketing strategies and programs in various regions
Proven leadership and management skills
Experience with creating social media content to produce results
Excellent website management skills for maintaining/updating current website
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak to various audiences
Excellent project and time management skills
Ability to work effectively with various teams inside/outside of the office
Advertising and copy writing experience with a flair for creative tone in the industry
Excellent eye for design and experience in Adobe products
Event planning coordination for multiple events
