The Role

Under the direction of the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the overall global brand marketing strategy and execution. This position will work directly with Brand Marketing, PR, Retail, and Digital teams, with a heavy emphasis on product seeding and general administration support.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

    1. Provides clerical, admin, and operational marketing support for all Marketing channels - including invoicing and processing, managing the back and forth with partners, finance and budget managers.


    1. Manage orders related to product seeding, gifting opportunities, and giveback donation efforts as directed by PR, Digital and Brand Marketing teams.


    1. Provide general Brand Marketing support, including assistance with Marketing Moments calendar, seasonal GTM calendars, launch plans, and recap decks.


    1. Provide experiential marketing support - includes building assortments, pulling inventory, and event research.

  • 1-2 years related experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Interest in Marketing

  • Excellent communication, project management and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across a variety of teams.

$27 - $30/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
