Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team, playing a key role in executing effective campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with different departments, and gain valuable experience in the B2B marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management:

  • Manage B2B marketing projects from start to finish, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables with agency partners.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Assist with the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Content Creation & Support:

  • Assist with the creation of B2B marketing materials, such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, and presentations.

  • Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and industry research to support content creation.

  • Edit and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.

  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.

  • Social Media Support:

  • Manage organization-wide social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement.

  • Respond to customer questions and comments on social media.

  • Email Marketing Support:

  • Brainstorm email campaigns and sales cadences with the marketing and sales team.

  • Create, launch, measure, and manage email marketing campaigns and sales cadences.

  • Create email copy and templates working with agency partners.

  • Event & Trade Show Support:

  • Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing events and trade shows, including logistics, registration, and booth management.

  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities at events.

  • Coordinate internal webinars and promote across marketing channels.

  • Research, evaluate, commit, and track ROI for organization memberships, partnerships, and events, taking full advantage of all aspects of the paid opportunities.

  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.

  • Manage attendance, sponsorship, or hosting events that will generate qualified leads and build relationships.

  • Data & Reporting:

  • Assist with the collection and analysis of B2B marketing data to measure campaign performance and track key metrics.

  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate marketing results to stakeholders.

  • Other Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the B2B marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing email, and maintaining contact lists.

  • Provide recommendations to strengthen future programs based on historical results and trends in the market.

  • Stay up-to-date on current B2B marketing trends and best practices.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two-three (2-3) years of working experience, preferably in professional marketing services.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.

  • Event planning experience.

  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce, or Pardot, is a plus.

  • Strong desire to learn more about all marketing facets in a professional services environment.

  • A desire to have FUN!
