Job Summary:

The Disney-SEC Sports Brand Solutions team is focused on providing creative marketing, sponsorship and integration opportunities surrounding the SEC Official Sponsorship program, including use of conference intellectual property and on-site activations throughout the academic year.

Working with various internal/external teams including Southeastern Conference staff, fan event production companies, sports venues, local organizing committees and SEC Network production teams, the SEC SBS team oversees the SEC multimedia program process for conference official sponsors from strategy & ideation all the way through execution.

We work to generate and maximize revenue across all SEC platforms

Responsibilities:

  • This position is on the SEC Corporate Sponsorship team and the Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sponsorship business for this property.

  • A big portion of the day to day responsibility will be planning for SEC Championship/Tournament events and maximizing sponsor exposure.

  • Serve as one of the day-to-day contacts for each SEC Official Sponsor in handling all requests and questions.

  • The Coordinator will oversee invoice process in SAP and submit check logs/bill backs following events.

  • Other job functions include (but are not limited to) SEC Nation on-site management, attending client meetings and creating sponsorship materials for sales

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs

  • Highly organized, time management skills, ability to multi-task

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player with the desire to do whatever it takes

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and/or occasional travel

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
