This role will serve as a facilitator of collaboration and productivity - sitting on the Marketing team and working closely with Design, Growth, and Product, and Operations.

The Marketing Coordinator will ensure the timely development and delivery of creative assets, marketing materials, reporting and decks for stakeholders, and more.

  • Prioritize projects internally for copy & design to align with the company's priorities

  • Anticipate and search-out holes in creative briefs to ensure copy & design have everything they need to get started on projects

  • Help streamline communication with outside partners and vendors

  • Document feedback and capture notes in a digestible manner for stakeholders and creative team, while ensuring that feedback is understood and agreed on by all parties.

  • Responsible for project managing all marketing tasks, campaigns initiatives

  • Oversee pipeline and workflow for copy & brand design, supporting execution & delivery

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing, growth, and design

  • Create and own the marketing campaign calendar, including launches, one-off pushes, and ongoing marketing for core products

  • Stay "in-the-know" of innovative marketing campaigns within the industry

  • Brief copy & design on all campaigns and partner closely throughout campaign development to ensure positioning and messaging is aligned with the goals & strategy as determined by Sr. Marketing Manager

  • Monitor and report on the revenue contribution of our marketing campaigns in collaboration with the channel owners and to extract learnings and insights


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field e.g. marketing and/or workplace equivalent experience

  • Project management skills, including experience building out timelines for projects

  • Love collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution

  • Assist in developing compelling marketing campaigns, reports, and presentations

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with killer attention to detail

  • Expert status in Excel and Google tools (drive/slides/docs).

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • You're a firehose of creativity, but also strategic about business results


  • 2-3 years of professional experience

  • Professional project management experience

  • Production experience (photo and/or video)

  • Experience using Asana and/or Airtable

  • A heart for improving the state of healthcare and/or personal connection to the space

As a Marketing Coordinator at Jabra, you will play a crucial role in helping the ECM team create demand for our Enterprise and Consumer audio and video solutions in North America. This role will report to the Director of End Customer Marketing, will assist the Marketing Manager of Communications and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams located in both North America and Denmark.
