Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Come join our RadNet team as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our South Orange County radiology centers. This full-time career opportunity will be based at our outpatient practice and will provide dedicated support to our Operations and Customer Service/Marketing teams. The perfect candidate will live in South Orange County, Ca as this position would be traveling to different locations in South Orange County, CA. This position is in office.

Job Summary:

Provides marketing and operational support at specific RadNet owned facilities and/ or region. Responsible for providing concierge level service to patients in the centers, navigating patients through the RadNet internal programs, as well as to specific surrounding physician offices. Responsible for bridging the gap between referring providers and our facilities. This position also provides educational information, collateral and campaign roll outs to selected providers, patients and medical groups. Assist with direct site scheduling and prior authorization process for advanced imaging studies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Sales field calls to referring physicians

• Responsible for working with Sales/Marketing/Communications team at Health fairs, forums, group informational talks, etc.

• Provide set up and assistance with Physician Portal

• Assist Marketing Director in customer service trainings, customer service follow ups, constant in-house trainings, for the region, as well as other in-house events

• Provide educational information and assisting in campaign roll-outs to selected providers and patients

• Responsible for working with Marketing Director to roll out monthly/quarterly physician facing focused marketing campaigns (Areas of focused improvement, BCAM, PCAM, pediatrics, LDCT Lung, high risk and genetics program, etc.)
