Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Optiline Enterprises. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to identify marketing objectives.

• Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals.

• Ensure all marketing efforts are serving immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

• Act as the primary point of contact between Optiline and our external marketing partners.

• Provide clear and detailed briefs, ensuring alignment with our branding and messaging.

• Establish and adhere to processes for approvals and timelines for projects.

• Anticipate problems that may impede a project reaching its destination and implement required solutions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Communications or equivalent.

• 2-5 years experience in a marketing environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication and conversational skills.

• Strong copywriting skills.

• Ability to collaborate with external partners, including marketing agencies.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics.

• Strong knowledge of social media and digital media marketing tools.
