Marketing Coordinator

This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing and a strong ability to execute and analyze marketing initiatives. Please note: this position is part-time with potential into full-time.

Key Responsibilities: · Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. · Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, email marketing content, and advertising materials. · Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, creating content, and tracking campaign success · Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for improvement. · Analytics: Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Use insights to make data-driven decisions. · Publications: Coordinate and support marketing to institute publishing of our projects · Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels. Budget Management:

Establish marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and within budget. · Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, interior designers and design partners. · Preparing proposals, packages, and presentations for prospective clients, managing the entire process start to finish, and coordinating with all internal departments to complete Managing and organizing company content and information in databases and marketing collateral, coordinating with various subject-matter experts as well as management to update on regular basis. · Ordering new materials such as branded promotional items, business cards, printed collateral, etc. · Updating, editing, organizing and proofing various marketing collateral and templates, including proposal content, project case studies, team bios, brochures and presentation content to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-specific. · Tasks may also include coordination of a variety of events, project photography, and social media in support of local office promotional goals. · Support company-wide marketing and communications initiatives, such as internal communications, email marketing, website updates, PR-related initiatives, etc., as required. · Performing support and/or administrative tasks, as required Ideally you bring the following attributes: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. · 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.

Experience in architecture & interior design is a plus. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Creative thinking and an eye for design. · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. · Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to work independently. · Adherence to brand guidelines and attention to detail. · Enthusiasm for staying updated on marketing trends and emerging technologies.
