Job Summary

To coordinate and monitor production and distribution activities that allow the marketing department to efficiently conduct marketing activities and projects on time, thus creating positive customer satisfaction. To monitor and report on resource allocation, progress and results related to assigned responsibilities.

  • Marketing project management for channel and content teams, including deadline and risk management.

  • Provides quality service to internal business partners, departments, and vendors.

  • Supports marketing channel management assignments and projects.

  • Manges deadlines and communicates risks to managers and collaborating channel manager.

  • Coordinate and project manage marketing production assignments as delegated by manager.

  • Assists with managing third party compliance submissions.

  • Engages internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.

  • Writes and edits creative briefs for marketing campaigns and projects.

  • Provides information, answers questions, and ensures consistency in relation to all marketing efforts.

  • Perform analysis that will deliver value through support of marketing initiatives.

  • Collation of marketing materials for retail branch locations.

  • Build mailing lists for direct mail and other campaigns.

  • Produce written monthly reports on marketing activities.

  • Assist with website edits, proofing and updates.

  • Assists with answering calls from service staff to answer and direct employees with marketing questions.

  • Conduct meetings with business partners to review advertising and marketing activities.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS and ABILITIES

Experience

Three to Five years of similar or related experience.

Education

Four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent

Managerial Responsibility:

Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities.

Computer/Office Equipment Skills:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Microsoft project and or other project tracking software.  Basic understanding of relational databases, table structure,  report generation and cleanup.  Strong technical aptitude.

Other Skills and Abilities

Excellent organizational skills, plus the ability to influence peers.  Excellent customer service, telephone skills and communication skills, including grammatical, spelling and editing proficiency.  Computer proficiency, including familiarity with multiple and specialized software applications a must. Demonstrates high level of accuracy and is experienced in identifying errors and demonstrates good problem solving skills. Understanding of MACU budget and accounts payable process.

Environmental:

Office Type conditions, indoors.

Noise Environment:

Moderate noise such as in a business office with equipment and light traffic.

Physical Demands:

Requires frequent Standing, Walking, Sitting, Using hands to handle or feel, Reaching with hands and arms, Talks and hears.  Occasionally climbs, kneels or crawls.

Vision Requirements:

Requires Close, Distance, color, Peripheral and Depth perception vision as well as the ability to focus.

Weight Lifted or Force Exerted:

Frequently lifts up to 25 lbs, occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
