The time is right to join HNTB Corporation! HNTB is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator III in our Boston, MA office.

Job Summary

Works on complex and mega proposals with direct support and involvement from team leader and/or marketing manager.

Essential Responsibility

  • Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies through the use of Project Win Plans (PWP) and RFP. Actively monitors the effectiveness of the implementation of PWPs and PRPs to identify deficiencies in pursuit plans and work with pursuit teams to implement corrective actions. Monitors media sources for pertinent information relative to specific pursuits. Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings. Works with district and office leadership and individual pursuit teams to determine specific presell materials needed and the corresponding level of effort.

  • Takes a lead role in the development of proposal materials. Works directly with senior level technical staff to prepare proposal materials, including writing, editing, verifying and formatting proposal information. Collaborates with technical staff and reviews/edits their narrative for content clarity, compliance and key messages. Ensures proposals and other marketing materials are accurate, timely and well written. Works with graphic design staff to plan and produce materials, ensuring all proposal materials are effectively communicating the strategic vision identified for a given pursuit.

  • Organizes and coaches technical staff in presentation rehearsals.

  • Understands and is a champion of HNTB's Client Focus philosophy, supporting it by participating in Client Service Team meetings and preparing materials for specific Client Focus activities with Foundation and future Foundation Clients.

  • May coordinate division PR activities, including creating press releases and announcements, articles for division newsletter, project awards, and other special PR related projects.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related degree 5 years related experience

  • Can-do attitude, flexible, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere.General Work Conditions Office Environment: Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to potentially unpleasant working conditions. Incumbent must have the ability to stand and sit frequently, and reach horizontally as well as vertically for overhead use.

The RD will work with the VP of Staffing to help direct the Directors of Legal Recruitment ("DLRs) drive down all retail initiatives at the branch level. The RD inspires, motivates and develops staff to achieve the individual, branch, region and national goals. Responsibilties ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Mentor, train and coach new and existing DLRs Use of Cosmos * Recruiting and sales strategies * Social media strategy * Lead role playing on a consistent basis * Networking Forums * Take lead role in recruiting and hiring of new or replacement DLRs * Implement retail strategy, in conjunction with VP of Staffing and senior management team to increase retail revenue. Direct the DLRs and drive down all retail initiatives. * Lead and motivate retail staff to work as teams, creating focus and strong morale. * Conduct weekly coaching calls with DLRs to review pipelines and activity levels; monitor DLR calls and coach as necessary; attend DLR client visits as well as train on sales, client development, etc. * Support retail staff in recruiting and placement of all candidates as necessary * Deal with any escalated client or candidate issues and provides constructive feedback to DLRs * Foster collaboration among staff and/or between divisions/lines of business/departments * Ensure compliance to company programs and procedures * The RD can expect to travel on average 2-3 days each week. * Maintain and grow personal book of business, as time warrants. * Coordinate trade shows/local sponsorship activities.
