Hearst Digital Media is seeking a Sales Marketing Coordinator to support advertiser-driven marketing initiatives across 23+ sites, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE and Delish. The role will report to a senior marketing lead and will work with all brands and teams, including advertising sales, media planning, audience insights, and the Content Studio. This individual must have a passion for marketing and advertising; be comfortable with presentation work and creative writing; and is a proactive, enthusiastic self-starter.
Responsible for updating sales collateral including case studies, brand one-sheets, and general presentation stats
Responsible for executing turnkey (RFP) proposal elements, including screenshots or mockups
Helps to pull together presentations for advertiser media days
Assists with competitive marketing reports
Bachelor's Degree Required
1-2 years of experience in marketing/advertising/publishing industries
Keynote, PowerPoint, and Photoshop skills are a plus
Excellent communication skills & a meticulous eye for detail
Highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple deliverables
Hard-working and proactive
Team player with curiosity and drive; collaboration is key
The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of the Media sector
