Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator – Q-Team, is responsible for working in a highly dynamic work environment tasked with delivering expedited marketing and advertising assets for resources across the organization in accordance with brand standards and established SLAs. Along with day-to-day demands for brand and LOB support, the marketing coordinator will be tasked with managing highly productive creative and operational resources to ensure requests for deliverables are captured and executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities Include The Marketing coordinator spearheads the creation and execution of marketing tasks of a company including but not limited to: Articulates marketing campaign development needs and works with key stakeholders to ensure implementation and internal communication as needed Manages planning, communicating and monitoring timelines for both urgent and high priority projects utilizing multiple communication channels Works with internal and external experts to leverage marketing channels which may include paid and owned channels such as digital (SEM, social and display advertising), direct mail, email, broadcast media and our website Works with creative partners, internal and externally, to develop creative assets to complete projects Works collaboratively with other team members and agency partners to ensure optimal creation, orchestration, execution and performance Manages approvals from all parties including senior team members, requester(s) and assurance partners (legal/compliance) Ensures on-time delivery, budget adherence and overall quality of work by teammates and third-party resources Communicates plans, progress and completion of projects with key stakeholders Qualifications Include: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Minimum 2-4 years demonstrated marketing experience Banking / Financial services experience a plus Omnichannel marketing campaign management experience preferred Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and data-driven thinking Experience coordinating marketing campaigns in a variety of advertising platforms Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment Strong planning and project management skills Experience managing multiple projects at once including delivery, budget adherence and overall quality of work Ability to work independently on focused tasks, self-directed work Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members and vendor partners on larger projects Strong interpersonal and communications skills Comprehension of analytical information to inform and optimize projects Inherent growth mindset and ability to adapt and thrive in a changing workplace Demonstrates values and characteristics which are essential to the team success:
