SCOPE OF THE ROLE
TheField Marketing coordinator contributes to the success of CKE's business andmarketing objectives by supporting the CKE Field Marketing team and workingwith internal (brand marketing, merchandising) and external (suppliers andvendors) stakeholders. The FieldMarketing Coordinator assists Field Marketing in achieving that business goalsare met through successful implementation and maintenance of local restaurantmarketing initiatives, database maintenance and various other administrativeresponsibilities. This positioncontributes to driving store level transactions and brand development throughthe day to day execution of field marketing efforts.
Promotional Planning Guides for franchisees.
Develop and manage the Promotional window commitment form, plan-o-grams,PR, Social, LRM, upload digital on portal for company and franchisees. Provideinfo to print vendor for accurate distribution.
Responsible for execution of the company & franchise media/marketingplans (creative process/approvals).
Communicate key program initiatives/participation with company andfranchisees regarding artwork/calendar reminders, etc. Acts as liaison betweenfield constituents and support office/marketing department to ensure ideas andfeedback are received and reviewed.
Routelocal marketing program development and local marketing merchandising requeststhrough legal and brand approval.
Managefranchise pricing structure for IT, franchise team and vendor.
Responsible for development of the 90-day marketing calendar for companyand franchise restaurants
Accountable for franchise & company grand opening events and companyremodel plans.
MaintainCompany master pricing, menuboard elements guide (for new unit openings), Coreand DMA menu database, profile forms and provides updates to StarNet.
Review initial proposals, provide data & insight, and providerecommendation to the Marketing Manager or Director of Field Marketing forapproval.
Responsible for the development and execution of the Local RestaurantMarketing program. Ensuring training, tools and communications are complete andup-to-date.
AssistsField Marketing in presentation preparation and development.
Other duties assigned by Director.
RECOMMENDED MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong projectmanagement skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projectssimultaneously
High organizationalskills and deadline management a must
Experience in workingin a cross-functional environment where on-going communication and informationsharing is vital to achieving success
Strong written andverbal skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of theorganization
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education:Four-year college degree, prefer business or marketing majors
Experience:Minimum 1-2 years' experience in marketing or related fields.
