Posted 12 months ago is looking for a Marketing Coordinator responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to deliver outstanding revenue growth. This person will help create, implement, track, analyze and optimize customer acquisition for our online marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator must be comfortable working with new technologies and have excellent analytical and organizational skills.

This position requires an enthusiastic multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to build relationships across internal and external audiences. We are also seeking someone who has a "can do" attitude and is a quick learner. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing initiatives across Affiliate & Online Display channels, focusing on customer acquisition and retention

  • Responsible for day to day reporting, campaign setup, creative management, ad trafficking, billing, tracking audits & publisher/competitive landscape audits

  • Monitor and measure results and provide optimization recommendations

  • Keep up to date with industry trends to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

  • Attend all relevant internal meetings and develop sustainable relationships with key departments and leaders including creative, finance, legal and merchandising

  • 0 -- 1 year of experience with Online Marketing

  • Advanced computer skills are required including MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize internal applications

  • Comfortable working and analyzing data (especially numbers!)

  • College degree required

ABOUT THE ROLE: We're searching for a motivated coordinator to contribute to this mission by proposing and executing on marketing tactics for our retail partners and contributing to strategy development through research and performance analysis. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical acumen, project management, and relationship development, and as such, offers a unique opportunity to build + exercise skills that are valuable for any marketing career path. ShopRunner is intrinsically a two-sided business, B2B in that we equip top retailers (Bloomingdale's, Saks, Neiman Marcus, etc.) with technical capabilities and access to select customers to fuel their e-commerce businesses, and B2C in that we offer our millions of members access to free 2-day shipping and returns, plus exclusive perks at our network of 100+ retailers. The Marketing team sits at the crossroads of those two worlds. At the highest of levels, its objective is to make marketing a reason to partner with ShopRunner, not just a value add. On the day to day, the Marketing team is building deep relationships with our retailers, developing strategic, creative marketing approaches + campaigns to achieve retailer goals, executing those strategies, and deriving insights to inform future approach. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Partner with the new Brand Marketing Manager in solidifying brand identity and promoting ShopRunner across all channels. * Assist Partner Marketing team in day-to-day duties supporting retailers within the ShopRunner network. * Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across ShopRunner's owned channels (email, site, social), from concepting, merchandising and brief writing through to results reporting and analysis * Maintain communication and coordination of PR efforts * Contribute to creative brainstorms for both specific and overarching marketing initiatives * Develop marketing pitch and placement plans for internal and external use * Conduct reporting on performance of marketing tactics for both internal and external use WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * 1-3 years of work experience, in the areas of marketing, social media, brand or ecommerce * Skilled in Google Slides/Powerpoint is a must, Excel is a plus * Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics a plus * Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and an ability to work within a fast-paced environment * An entrepreneurial and scrappy approach (i.e. "no job is not my job" attitude), willing to roll up your sleeves and find creative ways to get things done * A collaborative nature, easily able to partner with others to drive work forward * Creativity, a passion for storytelling/content, and an interest in fashion and retail. * Ability to prioritize and manage work based on varying timelines * Analytical acumen and curiosity – you enjoy using data to drive your decisions and you enjoy turning data into insights * Excellent written/verbal communication skills – experience in social media or growth marketing a plus WHAT WORKS HERE In a lot of ways, we embody the best things about startup culture.
