Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

  • Develop and write high-quality blog posts, articles, and other marketing materials that align with our brand and target audience.

  • Conduct research to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy of content.

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive traffic.

• Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage various marketing projects, from concept to execution.

  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• CRM Marketing Assistance:

  • Assist with CRM database management and maintenance.

  • Create and send targeted email campaigns.

• Social Media Support:

  • Contribute to social media content creation and management.

  • Engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages.

• Marketing Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing files, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blog writing and creating social media content.

• Experience with Canva.

• Graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

• Knowledge of social media marketing platforms and analytics.
