Dental Marketing Coordinator (Admin / Office Support)
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can support and coordinate marketing projects in the dental division. The person we are looking for will have fantastic communication skills and is comfortable with spending parts of the job being on outbound communications in both e-mails and phone calls. The calls may be technical in nature and will be with dentists or other customers. This ideal candidate will have dental knowledge, will be able to process sample requests, record entries and activities in the Customer Relationship Management system - Salesforce, run market data reports using excel, arrange to ship products to technical shows, prepare production presentations, and support the rest of the technical marketing team.

A Day in the Life of a Dental Marketing Coordinator
A typical day as a Kuraray Dental Marketing Coordinator consists of prepare product presentations, preparing for technical shows/marketing campaigns, answering phone calls/e-mails and assisting customers with their technical needs. Also, communicate daily with dentists and other customers to process samples requests or orders as needed. You will be responsible for clerical work, and administrative tasks. You will need to assist in daily, weekly, and monthly report generation from the CRM and excel. You will come to have an excellent knowledge of our company's services and dental products and be able to troubleshoot concerns or questions from customers.
Fantastic communication skills; both speaking and writing
Ability to relate quickly to people
1 year+ of customer service or dental office experience (dental assistant or dental hygienist)
Positive, Professional, Patient
Have a strong willingness to listen carefully and provide technical dental support
Time management and excellent organizational Skills
Comfort with computer systems and learning new programs
Preferred Bachelor's degree
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
