Exciting Retail Property Management opportunity to support national team. Responsible for coordinating and managing the process for property marketing materials, information packages, as well as presentations and other administrative duties. Acts as a liaison between property and leasing teams, design and national marketing team.


Organizes the preparation and production of property marketing materials including templates, customized and client specific requests for the large format retail platform and properties.

Ensures CBRE brand, product, and client messaging and consistency for marketing materials including brochures, proposals, presentations, and other supporting materials for retail properties.

Errors in judgment may cause short to medium-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and line of business.

Coordinates between property teams and national retail team on various projects.

Performs market research, writes content, proofs and edits marketing materials and presentations.

Updates and maintains various information databases, and generates standard and ad hoc reports as required.

Assists with coordination and deliverables for meetings, conferences and events for national retail team.

Organizes the preparation and production of client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Other duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university required. Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration preferred. 2-years of experience providing administrative and project support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities required. Experience working in a fast paced environment preferred.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.


Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint required. Advanced skills in internet research and writing skills. Working in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.


Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
