This position provides administrative support and overall coordination for the Cattle Marketing division.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of administrative tasks including all departmental administrative and general clerical activities. Such tasks include mail disbursement, phone calls, maintenance of calendars and scheduling meetings (as assigned), meeting agenda preparation, meeting minutes, supply inventory, travel & expense report execution, purchase orders and arrangements for departmental visitors/new hires to BIAH. Coordinates the KAM team monthly activity reports, including compiling and summarizing data from numerous sources and reporting to management and individual KAM's
Coordinates meetings (5 - 100 people), Leadership Staff Meetings and other meetings as assigned.
Coordinates travel and agendas for international and national meetings. May provide administrative support to individuals as needed.
Answer customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Uses software and I/S systems within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Using word processing, spreadsheets, graphics software, electronic mail, and document transfer systems; prepare and modify a broad scope of confidential documents and correspondence. Tracks, compiles, and reviews complex data, including variable cost of goods, test volume information, and P&L summaries
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Approves or denies all contract routing for the KAM team and reviews any discrepancies with management
Works with other departments to resolve identified administrative issues.
Works within the Administrative Assistant Team at BIAH.
Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, etc) and Company policy and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain BIAH's excellent reputation within the animal health community and internally.
Professional Training in a related field
Associates degree in administrative/coordination related field preferred.
Minimum three (3) years' experience in administrative/coordination capacity supporting multiple divisions.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with demonstrated high work standards.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
