Marketing Coordinator

• This position is on our hybrid schedule at our New Rochelle office.

Position Overview:

Gain valuable skills and experience while assisting marketing team in preparing a wide range of time-sensitive projects:

• Execution of a variety of marketing efforts that support project and product management including:

• Digital/Multimedia - email campaigns, web and landing pages, online ads, marketing videos

• Exhibits/industry conferences (virtual and on-site) - signage, program ads, booth collateral/premiums

• Promotional Collateral Creation

• PDFs, catalogs, brochures, flyers, ads, assorted other multi-format sales collateral.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Campaign Creation and Project Management

• Support creation of marketing materials for all channels, products, and events.

• Coordinate with design and production teams in developing marketing material.

• Maintain annual marketing plan calendars and promotional library.

• Backend Analyses

• Campaign performance.

• Catalog page/product performance.

• Email deliverability (send/bounce), opens and clicks, A/B split tests.

• Promotion code sales

• Assemble and summarize sales data in regular reports.

• General

• Manage inventory of marketing material

• Update product details in marketing database.

• Communicate with and support marketing leads.

• Basic copywriting and proofreading

• Occasional assistance at off-site exhibits and sales events

• Administrative support tasks as needed.

Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and flexible.

• Excellent writing skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities under deadline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• College degree

• Marketing Automation and CRM experience-HubSpot a plus

• Facility with Adobe Suite and Canva a plus

Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000

• The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
