Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated marketing coordinator to implement marketing efforts and initiatives for the growing organization.

What You'll Do:

• Support the department's initiatives with executing and tracking of all campaigns and department activities data

• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and composing comprehensive reports

• Maintains promotional materials inventory, ensuring all resources are updated and accurate

• Assist in event coordination and execution with team members

• Resolve concerns and issues from brokers and agency regarding member's authorization, claim and eligibility

• Represent the company to attend marketing and community outreach events

• Assist in content creation, proofreading and editing for all marketing collateral

• Perform all other duties as assigned by the department manager

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning is required

• 1 year experience in marketing, broker relations, project management or related fields

• Experience in a managed care setting, health plan or medical group is strongly preferred

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills, with an ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

• This position is in office. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Ave., Alhambra, CA 91801.

• The total compensation target pay range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
