We are looking for an organized and creative marketing professional to provide project and content coordination. To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable prioritizing tasks and be responsible for the daily management and communication of items that require action and follow-up.
Your role includes coordinating many projects that touch digital content, video, collateral, as well as working with freelance resources. Your day to day work will be copyediting content, coordinating print production and distributing digital newsletters. Every day will be something new and you will be a multitasking hero.
To be successful, you will have at least two years of experience in a marketing role with either an agency or corporate marketing department. Candidates must be comfortable managing a variety of projects at one time, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be comfortable using and learning a variety of digital marketing platforms, have excellent knowledge of WordPress, have experience with graphic design and knowledge of Microsoft Office, have strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Creating marketing collateral and managing freelance resources for design materials
Coordinating of editorial/content calendar with marketing team and internal departments
Tracking and follow-up on incoming information, projects and issues that require action
Executing digital marketing content activities including social media, e-newsletters and website posts as directed by digital team
Reporting on status of all ongoing projects in project management software
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in journalism, marketing, business, digital or other degree with relevant work experience
Experience with layout for digital and print
Strong attention to detail and copyediting skills
Ability to work as part of a team
