Now were looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to assist with our overall marketing efforts. The Marketing Specialist is a strategic member of the Aeroflow marketing team, helping to drive leads and brand awareness through targeted campaigns and promotions.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to concept and visualize new ideas while also seamlessly transitioning from one project to the next.


  • Work closely with Marketing Manager and profit center leaders to conceptualize and execute campaigns to help drive leads and sales.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop and drive overall marketing strategy.

  • Ability to build marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, email, social media).

  • Monitor, track and report on marketing campaigns and develop actionable plan to adjust as needed.

  • Track spend for advertising initiatives to achieve monthly and yearly budget goals and lead generation targets.

  • Work closely with Marketing Manager to launch new products into the market.

  • Update and maintain multiple meeting agendas, project trackers and marketing calendars.

  • Schedule and facilitate marketing meetings with profit center leaders.

  • Assist Marketing Manager in building quarterly marketing plans and strategy.

  • Coordinate with internal Development team for website updates, email execution and ongoing projects.

  • Work with eCommerce team to drive online sales, product management and promotions.

  • Assist Marketing Manager in developing and executing Public Relations strategy.

  • Work closely with SEO team to develop content to meet traffic goals for business units.

  • Other general marketing support as needed by profit center leaders.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in bringing omni-channel marketing campaigns to life.

  • Self-organized with the ability to multitask and manage time wisely

  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish.

  • Experience in email and social media marketing.

  • Design experience in Adobe Suite.

  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

  • Experience in Google Docs, Google Analytics, SendGrid or MailChimp (or equivalent email platform), and WordPress preferred

VIEW JOBS 9/13/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-12-12T00:00 Overview and Qualifications * This is a centralized scheduling call center for community medicine and speciality physician practices* Serves as the primary point of contact for appointment scheduling with new and existing patients. Coordinators may schedule for practices, hospital and ancillary services across the health system. Coordinators may relay patient concerns, medication refill requests, create and send messages to clinical staff, provider or office staff per protocol via Power Chart Ambulatory accurately and timely to the practice. Coordinators may also assist patient by giving directions or a fax number to a practice or by following up on a referral. Coordinators consistently deliver high quality customer service to the patients, community, businesses and practices we serve. Coordinators must be able to listen to complex situations to prioritize the needs of the caller and research the callers request to the fullest to ensure accuracy and best patient care. Coordinators are to remain calm in stressful situations when a patient is calling with an emergent request and at times and may have to call 911 per protocols and guidelines. Coordinators must be thorough when entering in patient demographics, verifying insurance information, reviewing HIPAA information, previous appointment history, scheduling an appointment, or when sending a message in Power Chart Ambulatory. Required Education: High school diploma or GED Preferred Education: Courses in medical terminology and basic anatomy. Required Experience: Must possess excellent customer service and phone skills. Must have strong computer skills with ability to type with moderate speed and maintain accuracy. Preferred Experience: One year in a medical office scheduling appointments and using scheduling software. Course in medical terminology. Customer Service background in a call center.
