Looking for a dynamic team player who can think critically and wants to develop insightful promotional content including blogs, social posts, presentations, videos and more! The core function of the job is developing a content strategy based on a customer's business objectives and needs. You will oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables across the Dell Technologies portfolio of Services offerings and across the customer journey life cycle.

You'll be instrumental in innovating how we develop marketing collateral and you'll deliver valuable content and insights to our customers and sales teams. If you are excited about making an impact and working collaboratively with a team of innovative marketers, then this is the role for you!

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage Dell Technologies Services content development strategy in close collaboration with the SVP of Services Marketing, Portfolio Leads and Marketing Executive Leadership Team

  • Work closely with Services SME's, thought leaders, and sales executives to produce targeted and compelling content (blogs, social content, collateral, presentations, etc.) relevant to Dell Technologies' audience, including C-suite execs, IT Decision Makers, IT Influencers, and LOB leads.

  • Collaborate with external industry experts to gain insights into the market and produce compelling content for customer and sales teams.

  • Conduct in-depth company and market research to uncover trends, issues, and insights to develop customer personas relative to our GTM and content strategies.

  • Evaluate and identify new ways to grow customer relationships, as well as reach new customers with targeted content on key topics

  • Work with the DT Services social media manager to develop and execute a winning strategy to drive awareness and reach

  • Strong organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels of company and with external partners and agencies

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content development, and/or market research

  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, and campaign development and execution, including data analysis and evaluation

  • Experience implementing and scaling content development initiatives and processes

  • Analytical, data-driven and research oriented but also a creative thinker who can communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively

  • A team player who enjoys working with others in a highly collaborative environment

  • BA/BS or higher, preferably in marketing, business, communications

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in Enterprise IT and the technology industry is strongly preferred. Prior experience working in a Services or Technical Marketing environment is strongly preferred.

  • Candidates should be located in Austin or Boston area. Expectation is that this role will usually spend at least 3 days per week in the local office.

Segment Marketing Senior Advisor Direct to Consumer Marketing for Cigna Supplemental Benefits Role Summary This role will oversee all facets of the off-line direct to consumer (DTC) marketing business for Cigna Supplemental Benefits which includes 6 products in the over and under 65 space – Medicare Supplement and 5 Supplemental Products (Cancer, Heart, etc.). This individual will be responsible for developing and successfully building out an off-line multi-channel DTC business through direct mail, email, outbound telemarketing, and other channels to prospective and existing Cigna customers. Additionally this role is responsible for cross-selling products to existing Cigna, ESI & Cigna-HealthSpring customers through various channels including but not limited to direct mail, email, outbound and inbound telemarketing, customer communications, and direct mail. This role will also work across the Government Business Segment with key partners to leverage and maximize opportunities in the over 65+ audience. This role is responsible for a significant portion of the planned DTC channel growth in 2019 and beyond. The individual will be expected to deliver on sales, membership, and CPA commitments to the CSB organization. This role will be responsible for the development and management of a multi-million dollar marketing budget. Successful candidates will thrive in running a consumer business and owning the end-to-end performance and operations of customer acquisition. Successful candidates will also have a strong analytical background and experience working in a dynamic, evolving environment with multiple cross-functional partners including with our call centers and analytical teams. Responsibilities * Manage to the business P&L and deliver against membership, revenue and CPA metrics. * Develop, lead and implement CSB's direct to consumer off-line marketing strategy and plan. * Manage and own all execution of off-line marketing activities, including direct mail, email, outbound telemarketing, and advertising. * Lead the design of marketing tests including messaging, creative, channel, design, and targeting. * Work closely with Cigna's advertising agency, MRM McCann, for development of campaign creative. * Work closely with internal and external partners on modeling and predictive analytics for marketing campaigns. * Work closely with our call center partners to ensure timely and successful campaign execution. * Work across the Government Business Segment and other parts of Cigna to maximize cross Qualifications * Bachelors Degree strongly preferred; MBA or Masters Degree also preferred * 10+ years of relevant, strategic experience required * Industry experience a plus, but not required * History of consistently delivering business results * Experience in managing a large budget and P&L * Experience in managing consumer direct mail, email, and other acquisition campaigns * Experience in balancing strategy within realities of operational parameters * Experience in consumer messaging and creative development * Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment. * Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines. * Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment * Ability to foster collaboration and value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals. * Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence * Curious and inquisitive nature that loves to think from the consumer's point of view Qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status.
