The Marketing Content Coordinator will assist with marketing and business development projects that play a key role in the planning, development, and communication of Netsertive's services and initiatives both internally and externally. This role will work closely with our Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing and Product teams to power our prospect and client engagement through fresh and impactful outreach.
The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent time management skills, and possess the ability to prioritize projects, and drive multiple projects to fruition. This position requires an individual skilled in creating compelling content to increase engagement, retention, and brand awareness in the form of presentations, emails, landing pages, sales sheets, and educational content.
Create and update content and marketing campaigns.
Assist in the the development and segmentation of customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies.
Work across teams to ensure lead generation goals are met.
Develop materials to submit for requests for proposals and client pitches.
Assist overall website maintenance and enhancements of the corporate site and including writing blog posts, creating landing pages and other updates.
Create and maintain presentations used in business development, and educational activities.
Analyze and report on key marketing and business development metrics.
Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and generate demand for our products.
Create and manage lifecycle email communications with prospects and customers via marketing automation.
2- 3 years of previous experience in marketing or communications for a software or technology company.
Must have a BA in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
Experience using WordPress or other content management tool for blogging, website creation, etc. a plus
Digital marketing and sales enablement expertise
Basic HTML and CSS experience, for both web pages and emails.
Experience with at least one marketing automation/lead management tool. HubSpot preferred.
