Nunbelievable is a for-profit, mission-based premium baked goods direct-to-consumer company backed by Tony Robbins and Michael Loeb. The mission is to create a scalable company while tackling hunger, initially by supporting the efforts of nuns of the Fraternit Notre Dame, who feed thousands of people in major cities across the U.S.

OPPORTUNITY:

Nunbelievable is looking for a consumer-centric, tech-savvy marketing associate to drive our content, social media, and marketing execution activities. Reporting to the CMO, this individual will play a central role in executing our consumer acquisition and consumer retention strategies leveraging content and social activities to drive profitability. The ideal candidate is someone who is business savvy, curious, creative, a team player, and, a self-starter.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in creating the multi-channel go-to-market plan to drive customer acquisition, customer retention and increase consumer lifetime value

Manage promotion and content calendar across all marketing channels, search marketing (Google/Bing, Amazon, Retail), CRM, affiliate marketing, email, SEO and paid social (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube & more)

Manage all product merchandising on all channels (Shopify, Amazon, events etc)

Test, learn & refine all marketing plan elements to optimize and exceed KPIs

Assist with offline campaigns, from trade shows to PR events

Work extremely closely with the creative team to conceptualize new messaging ideas to help drive brand forward

Collaborate with customer service team to help resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Bachelors Degree required

2-4 years work experience in e-commerce marketing role

Experience managing external agency, development and vendor partners and projects

Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Klaviyo or other ESP a plus

Experienced with social & web analytics tools (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics etc.)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data

Strong written and verbal communication skills
