The Marketing Communications Specialist ensures executional excellence for assigned Marketing plans and projects. Invaluable partner to assigned marketing managers. Accountable for the execution of marketing initiatives for designated business areas. Primary responsibilities include: project management, collateral development and execution, events and budget tracking/invoice management. Collaborates with creative and digital teams, corporate communications and variety of others across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, project management or related area or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities
2 years of experience in marketing or advertising organization or department
Broad knowledge and experience in marketing, communications and brand standards.
Event planning and coordination.
Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
Strong service orientation, Collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, solution-oriented.
Experience working in healthcare or other service industry
Experience working with self-service collateral creation tools
Project management certification
