Marketing Communications Specialist will be an integral part of a fast-paced and sophisticated team. You will be responsible for the daily execution of an integrated thought leadership and brand building program that synthesizes proactive and reactive media relations, advertising, events and social media. You will build strong relationships, have exemplary writing skills, show resourcefulness and agility.

What You'll Do:

• Work cross functionally in developing and implementing proactive and coordinated marketing campaigns across focused industries and in support of key pivotal initiatives

• Handles execution and reporting on industry social media channels and aligns content, digital journey and strategy

• Supports the strategy, execution and logistics of tradeshows, virtual/in-person events and experiential marketing initiatives

• Works alongside business contacts to provide communications and branding support for tradeshows and physical/virtual/experiential marketing activities

• Coordinates logistics of advertising buys/paid promotion across global online and offline channels

• Provides basic video creation, video and photo editing work

• Handles company store strategy and inventory

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field

• 3 - 5 years' experience in crafting excellent multi-channel experience, particularly in B2B and technical environments

• Ability to travel up to 10%

• Strong writing skills across multiple media

• Experience understanding the customer journey and optimizing marketing activities based on current funnel position

• Ability to work across multiple industries and functions to build a team environment

• Employs ingenuity and strives to understand what audiences consume and how to build it

• Highly adaptable, self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement

• Demonstrated project management, problem solving and relationship building skills deployed across a large, complex organization

• Ability to lead and influence without authority, provide compelling results based on recommendations related to Return on Investment

• Ability to balance multiple tasks and work efficiently to meet targets in a dynamic environment

Pay and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $64,800 - $97,200. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and paid time off.
