ENDRA Life Sciences (ENDRA) has a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact in emerging medical technology. We have developed a method and device for deep tissue thermoacoustic imaging that will directly address fundamental barriers to advancing the diagnostic value and expanding the use of conventional ultrasound imaging.

We are seeking a hands-on professional to help launch our marketing communications function and implement plans to go to market worldwide.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Work closely with VP of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute on the Endra TAEUS Marketing Plan.

  • Coordinate a variety of trade show and event logistics that include vendor and venue research, hotel block management, staff registrations, event badges, giveaway management, collateral management, show-related shipments, lead processing, pre and post-event communications, evening events/functions, and onsite support.

  • Attend and support tradeshows in U.S and Europe as needed.

  • Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of events.

  • Drive lead generation and customer awareness through marketing activities including development of eblasts, banner ads, flyers, webinars, and Google Adwords

  • Plan, create and deploy email marketing campaigns

  • Research and share articles on ENDRA-related topics with social media partners.

  • Establish relationships and agreements with appropriate marketing vendors

  • Manage and maintain all customer activity in the CRM database

  • Work closely with Finance and Manufacturing and Sales to track order fulfillment lead time as well as demo inventory units in the field

  • Manage development and production of printed materials for investor meetings, marketing brochures, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Events/marcomm related experience, preferably in the life sciences sector.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or digital arts

  • Creative and strategic thinker that can uphold the ENDRA TAEUS brand

  • Must be able to handle multiple deadlines at the same time.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

  • Expertise with standard office software applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design software a plus

  • Experience with a CRM / customer data base

  • Openness to taking on new responsibilities as needs change and new requirements develop.

  • Able to work in fast paced environment and can adapt to shifting timelines and priorities.

  • Able to lift 40 pounds in a trade show set up setting.

  • Valid passport and availability for overnight travel to trade shows / customer events
