• Estimated annual base pay: $101,500.00 (minimum) - $126,900.00 (midpoint) - $152,300.00 (maximum)

Woodward is hiring for a Marketing Communications Manager at one of our aerospace sites in IL, CO, MI or CA. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting short and long-term aircraft engine production, gathering and interpreting market intelligence and determining trends that affect our company. What You Will Be Doing

• Gather and analyze data to produce short-term and long-term aircraft engine production forecasts.

• Monitor industry trends, customers, and competitors to provide insights for decision-making.

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gather market intelligence.

• Analyze market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to production and sales strategies.

• Manage trade show participation and ensure maximum ROI.

• Conduct demand analysis and sales forecasting to inform production plans.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in an applicable or related discipline is required (marketing, communications, business, economics, etc.)

• A minimum of 2 or more years of experience in an industrial marketing communications role

• Proficiency with MS Excel and Power BI strongly preferred
