The Marketing Communications Manager will oversee the design and execution of communication plans for product launches, sales initiatives, events, promotions, company milestones and developments, and brand integrity while strategically positioning the company as a trusted industry leader. This is a full-time position and is based in Miramar, Florida.
Developing, executing, and governing marketing communications plans and activities in collaboration with sales and marketing to ensure message alignment and feasibility of tactics with target audiences
Monitoring design, content, and production of all marketing content to ensure high quality and UDT brand integrity.
Developing materials, presentations, and marketing communication plans for new products, launches, sales initiatives, campaigns, sales meetings, tradeshows and events, promotions and corporate activities
Responsible for developing, implementing, measuring, and improving communication plans in support of product marketing initiatives' goals and objectives
Developing, coordinating, and implementing the periodic integrated marketing communications editorial calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels and materials in support of planned marketing programs, campaigns, and ongoing brand building
Creating and maintaining communications materials such as internal articles, success stories, case studies, press releases, customer presentations, scripts, podcasts, market collateral, etc.
Ensuring consistent and accurate communication across multiple and appropriate trade media in line with the overall communication strategy
Developing and maintaining digital content and media strategy and structure representing the complete portfolio and value propositions in a consistent and qualitative way for ensuring maximum sales support and traction
Collaborating with Digital Marketing to help leverage and optimize UDT's websites, e-marketing tools, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media channels and other digital marketing tactics.
Creating and managing the Communication budgets in close collaboration with the product management/marketing team.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting program success and ROI analytics
Actively soliciting relevant input from customers and the sales organization to develop new and vibrant marketing collateral.
Organize and maintain the company's marketing asset library
Assessing state of current assets - revise existing assets as appropriate, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible.
Bachelor or master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related area
5+ years' background in a similar position and minimum 2 years in B2B, specifically in IT
Proficiency in lead, CRM and call management systems
Demonstrated expertise and mastery building targeted content
Demonstrated expertise in communication practices and procedures
In-depth knowledge of file formats (print, digital, video) and media usage rights terminology
Excellent communicator and effective presenter, comfortable in front of executives, customers, business partners.
A broad understanding of the technology industry relative to key trends, operational functions, business drivers and strategies and a working understanding of marketing and sales communication strategies, tactics, and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Ability to develop reports, recommendations, proposals, presentations, and other documents.
Occasional travel may be required
