Role Summary:Works with the Healthcare X-ray business to develop and drive marketing communications strategies for programs across all global regions, leveraging advertising, exhibits & events, collateral/sales tools production and digital communications platforms. A key business partner to CMO stakeholders on commercial launch core teams and helps develop and drive the communication strategy & tactics of new products & services
1. Responsible for media strategy, branding, advertising and creative materials development.
2.Lead development of content marketing plans and content development.
3.Evaluates program performance, including a seamless and integrated program roll-out in line with the Marketing Plan for the respective region as well as across GE Healthcare.
4.Identifying proper Expert and Shared Service resources to leverage including engaging the appropriate external creative agencies and vendors for our marketing programs.
5.Providing Expert and/or Shared Services teams with access to needed creative assets
6.Acting as gatekeeper and determines when Market Services/Shared Service materials are ready for marketing review
7.Ensuring brand compliance of all marketing communications materials
8.Sharing lessons learned across the team using established global processes
9.Working with marketing leaders to establish and manage marketing communications budget
10. Liaises with Communications team globally (PR & Organization Communications)
11. Continually evaluating processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force
12. Works with key Chief Marketing Officer stakeholders across the regions to leverage our key messages and scale of GE Healthcare
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Admin., Communications or related field
2.5+ years of experience in advertising or marketing communications or related field
3.Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global teams, multiple levels (including executive level) and outside vendors
4.Fluency with social, mobile, content marketing, and digital media practices
5.Ability to influence, make recommendations and drive change at all levels of the company
6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7.Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and timelines
8.Strong analytical and process skills
9.Excellent knowledge of integrated communications strategy and the Marketing Mix (Print, Digital, Events)
