Develop and implement authentic, compelling marketing recruitment strategies across all marketing channels to drive awareness, applications and enrollment. Reports to Sr. Director, Marketing Communications in University Communications and Marketing with focus on enrollment management/new student recruitment.
Serve as key contact for development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies, including digital marketing, email marketing, advertising, etc. Work with internal and external creative teams to develop relevant and compelling creative content for the recruitment of students.
Develop and post social media content and create digital projects to support the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and new student enrollment. Create and implement a social media calendar, in coordination with the Content Marketing Specialist and Social Media Specialist.
Advise college communicators on the development of marketing plans for the purpose of recruiting and yielding students.
Manage the University's presence on select vendor/third-party platforms/applications, investigate emerging platforms/applications and make recommendations to leadership team. Other marketing-related duties, as needed.

Requires a relevant bachelor's degree.
Licenses/Certifications/Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing and communications. Experience producing promotional materials and creating marketing plans required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, editing skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and respond quickly and professionally to meet deadlines. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in creating social media content required. Ability to train and counsel others on best practices in marketing. Higher education experience preferred.
Leadership
May be responsible for directing and monitoring the work of student and/or temporary workers.
Physical Requirements:
Job is physically comfortable; individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking, standing, etc. May occasionally lift very lightweight objects.
Working Conditions:
Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise. Near continuous use (>70% of the time) of a video display terminal. Some weekend, evening hours, as necessary.
